Outlook Offline Access

For other sales representatives that need to do more work on the road (on aeroplanes, trains or for those located away from any Wifi/3G networks) Outlook Offline Access is a great feature. Using a laptop and Microsoft Outlook, users have the ability to take CRM data “Offline” to work on their laptop; they can add, edit and delete and when they reconnect to a network their CRM synchronises with the main system.
